World's Longest Car Parade Dubai

On November 28, 2014, Dubai broke another World Record for for the Most Number of Different Brand of Cars to line up in a parade that was held in the beautiful Meydan Race Track in Motor Village. This was tagged as the "Dubai Grand Parade" and featured 58 different brands of cars including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Porsche, Aston Martin and all other brands that you can think of (I don't know if one of the UFO's joined the parade haha) that lined up to help break the world record. Car enthusiasts with their precious cars/rides from all over Dubai joined bumper to bumper in this world-breaking feat and definitely the only traffic that everyone wants to be a part of.

This is the only traffic where no one is angry I suppose. I am quite sure that no one was throughout the parade as it was led by Dubai Police’s fleet of supercars.

Another Dubai World Record: Longest Handmade Gold Chain

Aside from elite cars, barracks of oil, skyscrapers, expensive hotels, and other extreme and out of this world records, Dubai UAE is also most known for it's Gold (gold ferrari anyone?). 

What other way to show the world of it's Gold by breaking the Guinness Book of World Records, right? Yes, Dubai did it how it knows how to and broke the longest handmade gold chain in the World measured at 5 Kilometres long as per the Guinness Book of World Records. This gold chain is worth around 22 Million Dirhams or around $6 Million US Dollars and is really a beautiful masterpiece.

This masterpiece weighs no less than 240 kilograms and has over 4 million links and it took 100 craftsmen over 45 days to produce. The 22 carat gold record-breaking treasure was created to celebrate the Dubai Shopping Festival’s (DSF) 20th anniversary and was made by the Dubai Gold and Jewellery Group (DGJG) in association with the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE).

Another Dubai World Record: Highest Recorded Bird Flight from Burj Khalifa

Another first from Dubai! Here's a video of a Bird Flight from the top of Burj Khalifa last March 14, 2015. Darshan (yes, that's the name of the Eagle), has set a new world record in a spectacular mini-recording video that shows highest recorded bird flight from the tallest building in the world, Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, in an effort to bring awareness to eagle conservation.
